Skills such as strategic planning and meeting goals have directly reflected my success in sales and local government. I have over 17 years of successful management and leadership experience. I’ve been charged with motivating, developing, and directing up to 110 people as they work. As an experienced military instructor I developed strong skills in facilitating discussion in both small and large group settings. I am licensed in property, casualty, health and life insurance in the State of Wisconsin. I am a Ripon College Graduate with a Bachelor of Science - Psychology.
